LVT軟質(zhì)復(fù)合地板由擠出機(jī)擠出地板基材，再經(jīng)過(guò)一套六輥復(fù)合機(jī)對(duì)基材與印刷層，耐磨層，防滑層進(jìn)行同時(shí)復(fù)合，通過(guò)對(duì)放卷張力，耐磨層預(yù)熱的精確控制，達(dá)到放卷時(shí)不起皺，不收縮，不變形等效果，擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)效率高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。
 
LVT soft composite floor  by extruder extrusion floor base material, then through a set of six roller for base material and printing layer composite machine, wear-resisting layer, layer of compound at the same time, through the rolling tension, wear-resisting layer accurate control of preheating, to put the volume not wrinkle, does not shrink, deformation, extrusion compound high production efficiency, product quality is stable.

LVT cork composite flooring production line is developed by Changzhou Jwell Plate&Sheet Equipment Co.,LTD through continuous innovation, which could replace the production mode of  traditional laminating machine. This production line has the function of on-line compositing, on-line embossing, on-line tempering, etc. This line has the advantage of small floor occupation, high production efficiency, easy operation, etc.
1. 在線擠出生產(chǎn)線：On-line extruding line:
1.1 擠出機(jī)：SJZ80/156（電機(jī)功率75KW）
Extruder:SJZ80/156(Power 75KW)
1.2 生產(chǎn)線擠出產(chǎn)量：2600平方/天  
Extrusion capacity:2600 square meters/day.
2. 模具：Mold:
2.1 模具采用阻流棒控制形式，可快速調(diào)節(jié)出料均勻
The mold controlled by flow resisting bar, which could ensure quick adjustment and output evenly.
2.2 上下模唇可微調(diào)，更好的控制產(chǎn)品厚度
Could fine tuning the upper and down mold lip to better control the product’s  thickness.

3. 六輥復(fù)合成型機(jī)：Six-roller composite forming machine:
3.1 采用段復(fù)合設(shè)計(jì)，可以減少表面貼合材料的拉伸
Use section composite design, which could reduce the stretching of surface’s laminating material.
3.2 創(chuàng)新的加熱過(guò)渡輥設(shè)計(jì)，可確保較厚耐磨層的復(fù)合強(qiáng)度
Innovative heating transitional roller could ensure the composition strength of thick wear-resisting layer.
3.3 壓花輥的安裝設(shè)計(jì)，壓花效果好，更換花輥更方便
The good installation design of embossing roller could ensure the good effect of embossing and more convenience to change the roller.
4. 回火及吸水牽引機(jī)Tempering and water absorbing haul off unit.
 
4.1 通過(guò)在線回火設(shè)計(jì)，可有效控制產(chǎn)品的平整度及收縮率
Through the on-line tempering design, could control the product’s flatness and shrinkage effectively.
4.2 吸水牽引機(jī)可有效去除制品表面的水份

5. 自動(dòng)定長(zhǎng)剪板機(jī)Automatic length fixing cutter.
5.1 剪板機(jī)入口帶輔助牽引設(shè)計(jì)，可更好控制剪板的穩(wěn)定性
The entrance of cutter have the design of auxiliary haul off, that could better control the cutter board’s stability.
5.2 特殊的切割設(shè)計(jì)，可以最大限度的減少產(chǎn)品端面的毛邊
The special design of cutting could reduce the burrs of product’s end face as much as possible.
5.3 產(chǎn)品的自動(dòng)定長(zhǎng)功能，方便人員操作，切割精度高

The function of automatic length fixing could be operated easily and have high cutting precision.
