XPE交聯(lián)發(fā)泡卷材生產(chǎn)線是上海金緯擠出機械制造有限公司根據(jù)20年設(shè)計螺桿的經(jīng)驗積累，保證母片線更穩(wěn)定高產(chǎn)；通過不斷優(yōu)化發(fā)泡爐爐體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，推出的生產(chǎn)線具有產(chǎn)量高、能耗低、寬度大、泡孔細密等諸多優(yōu)點，打造XPE+三段爐的全新升級方案。



The features of line :it is based on 20 years screw designed experience of Shanghai Jwell Extrusion Machinery Co.,ltd , ensure the primary sheet line more stability and more higher output;by continuously improving the structure of XPE screw design ,prompting the production line more high output, low energy consumption ,wide width ,foaming hole is tiny and so on many advantage,so in order to serve different customer’s requirement , we have two sections of furnace and three sections of furnace for customer’s option:


高效：產(chǎn)量提升30%以上,制品最寬可達2200mm.
節(jié)能：節(jié)約天然氣100m³/24h
High efficiency: the output is increased by more than 30%, and the width of the product can reach 2200mm.
Energy saving: save gas 100 meters cubed /24h.


應(yīng)用:產(chǎn)品運用主要集中在汽車、運動、家居裝飾等領(lǐng)域，是汽車腳墊和空調(diào)保溫的理想材料。

應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域：
1.汽車行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
汽車內(nèi)裝門護板材、汽車防水門膜、汽車門扶手內(nèi)襯、汽車通風(fēng)管；遮陽板、隔熱墊、地墊,行李箱墊；密封摩擦件。
2.空調(diào)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
空調(diào)通風(fēng)管道的保溫、減震、吸音�？照{(diào)保溫管、滴水管、壓縮機的減震、吸音、保溫。
3.建筑行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
防水材料、墻體隔音、屋頂隔熱保溫材料，樓板隔音減震墊等。
4.在運動行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
XPE和IXPE在運動行業(yè)的運用比較早，也比較普遍，工藝比較成熟。如:運動踏墊、手柄、臥墊、野營墊、瑜伽墊、防潮墊、爬爬墊、運動草坪墊及各種成型件。
5.鞋材和箱包行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
在鞋材和箱包材料的行業(yè)中，XPE和IXPE用以代替EPE作為內(nèi)襯芯材的產(chǎn)品。
6.浮材、玩具、休閑行業(yè)的應(yīng)用：
XPE、IXPE作為浮材，可以加工成救生衣、游泳圈、浮水板、沖浪板、休閑劃艇等。XPE、IXPE環(huán)保易成型，色彩花樣多，不變形、且無毒無害的特點可生產(chǎn)玩具、休閑用品的最佳基材。

2. Application of air conditioning industry:
