設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：
Features:
1.適用于生產(chǎn)10-30L各種堆碼桶，采用儲(chǔ)料式機(jī)頭，下吹結(jié)構(gòu)，二次風(fēng)冷單元，自動(dòng)去飛邊，飛邊在線輸送，制品在線貼標(biāo)、側(cè)漏、輸送，減少人工成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率。
 
It’s suitable for the jerrycans from 10 to 30L, the using of accumulate type head, under blowing structure, the second air-cooling unit, automatic online deflashing, online labeling of products, leakage testing, transportation.It can reduce labor costs and increase production efficiency.


2.采用貝加萊自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)，支持多任務(wù)分時(shí)操作，自動(dòng)化程度高；400點(diǎn)壁厚控制系統(tǒng)，ATOS伺服閥，型坯厚度控制精確。
 
Adopting B & R automation control system supports multi-tasking time-sharing operation, high degree of automation,400-point thickness control system, ATOS servo valve, accurate parison thickness control.
 


3.液壓系統(tǒng)采用電液伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，伺服系統(tǒng)通過(guò)控制電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)矩向設(shè)備提供精確的流量和壓力；比普通電機(jī)泵節(jié)能50%左右，能夠降低液壓油的油溫，延長(zhǎng)液壓設(shè)備使用壽命，動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)噪音降低10分貝以上。
 
The hydraulic system is used as electro-hydraulic servo drive system by controlling the motor speed and torque to provide accurate flow and pressure,more energy saving than ordinary motor pumps about 50%, also can reduce the hydraulic oil temperature, extend the hydraulic equipment life, power system noise reduced by more than 10 decibels.



4.移模架采用無(wú)拉桿結(jié)構(gòu)，具有鎖模均勻，鎖模力大，容模量大，模具拆裝更為方便等特點(diǎn)；移模、開(kāi)合模利用伺服系統(tǒng)與電子尺控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)平緩斜坡無(wú)聲運(yùn)動(dòng)。
